2024年9月1日凌晨1时38分，终极版发布v1.3版。同时，Jabka宣布结束自己在团队内的领导，由SnoeBrawler担任下一届首席开发，自己变为普通开发成员。这是自2023年3月以来，Jabka、SnoeBrawler、子悦解说三人开发团队形成以来的团队最大变动。

We worked hard on this version for over six months, striving to add more details and make more fixes. We tried to breathe new life into the game... and we succeeded!
Unfortunately, all good things must come to the end... And my leadership must also end to make way for new people.
I solemnly declare that Snoe is now the lead developer of the SCP - Containment Breach Ultimate Edition mod!
